  1. I agree. People should enjoy new media, but also be aware of its possible dangers.

  2. I agree with your ending remark that despite the benefits of new media, people should be more careful about their privacy settings online. Often when people are setting up new social media accounts they tend to press “I agree” quickly without properly reading the text to see how their information is protected. On top of that, most people are not aware of how to properly utilize their privacy settings online. Various social media platforms have adopted new features where users are able to select which audience is able to see the content that they have uploaded, untag themselves from a photo or control who can look up their profile. If people value their privacy and confidentiality, then they should take advantage of these features and be more proactive online.

  4. Agree with you words. In these days, it is useful and comfortable to use social media platforms to socialize and easy to interact with others. However, as you mentioned, even it's privacy setting, technology is widespread that it can reveal quickly. It's privacy to your setting; doesn't mean it's entirely. It is entertain and fun to use but as you upload something more, it's your own risk of losing something unknowingly.
